A Los Angeles commissioner approved a legal name change for Heidi Klum on Friday. The 36-year-old filed a court petition to take the last name of her husband Seal. From this day forward she will be officially known as Heidi Samuel.
The couple married four years ago and have three biological children, the youngest born just six weeks ago. The oldest daughter, Leni, was born in 2004 to Klum and Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.
Heidi has had a busy week with her hosting and modeling duties associated with the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2009 event that was filmed in New York City Thursday. It will air on CBS on December 1, 2009. View the gorgeous photos here.
