Posh girl Victoria Beckham is on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar (and inside, of course) and she explains that she works out every single day in order to stay in (skinny) shape. Why? Because:
‘I didn’t want to rely on retouching,’
‘I wanted to look at those pictures in 20 years’ time and say, “Wow, look – after three kids – I didn’t look bad.”’
